What is Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy?
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) is a specialized therapeutic approach designed to help couples restore, strengthen, and enhance their emotional bond. Developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, EFT is based on the understanding that strong emotional connections are essential for a satisfying and enduring relationship.
